The hour for placing your order is between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in order to be let our driver to pick up your order by following day.
*Friday orders will be picked up on Monday.

All orders placed BEFORE 4:00pm will be picked up on the following business day.
All orders placed AFTER 4:00pm will take an additional business day.

Placing Order Hours: M-F, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Pickup & Delivery Hours: M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Changing or canceling an existing order…
Your orders can be changed up until 4:00 p.m. prior to the day before of your scheduled pickup.

To change the existing order…
After you log in (use the button on top) select "Modify Order" from the Menu. Your special instruction of an order, such as spots on your garment or repairing the button, etc…please, use the "Special Instruction" section when you order or simply insert your clear instruction note along with your pick-up order inside a bag.

For those who are heavy users of our dry cleaning services and prefer to charge a monthly payment for convenience, we will charge you at the end of each month without any additional charge.

is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will make every effort to secure your information. Your credit card information and other information is stored in a protected database.

We do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has been completed. At that time your credit card is charged for the final invoice amount and the final detailed receipt will be provided with the order.

is a division of Town & Country Fabricare. When you recieve your monthly credit card bill, all charges will show up under the name "TCFabricare".

SURCHARGE: A $4.95 surcharge will apply if an order is NOT ready or present for a pickup on any scheduled pickup date.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE: An additional charge may apply, depending on materials, for a garment requiring special handling or complexity in order to process.

Simply write to us about a "Share" purple bag in the "Special Cleaning Instructions" section when you place your order online or fill out the form in the .com introductory kits and insert it inside the bag with your pick-up order.

We will provide you a custom printed "Share" purple bag along with your delivery order on your sheduled date.

Clean up your closet and fill up our custom printed bags with your old garments. We will pick up, clean and mend, if necessary, and deliver your contribution to the community.
